Access Credit Card Transaction Management<\/h3>\n

Batch <\/strong>is the place where you can batch input credit card tips,\u00a0 close batch credit card transactions and view all credit card transactions.<\/p>\n

  1. Select the Batch<\/i><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0icon from the Home Screen of Adoluna\"\"<\/li>\n
  2. Select Device Type\n

    1. PAX device<\/li>\n
    2. Bolt device, online order payment is part of Bolt service\"\"<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Batch Screen Description\"\"<\/h3>\n
        \n
      1. Select the date or date range where the credit card transaction need to view<\/li>\n
      2. Credit card transactions result can be sort by Server, Troutd <\/strong><\/em>(credit card transaction number can be found on each credit card receipt), Card No <\/strong><\/em>(last 4 digits of credit card number), Tip, Amount, Status <\/strong><\/em>or Time<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n
      3. Tap <\/i>\u21b5 <\/strong>icon to go back to previous page<\/li>\n
      4. Credit card transactions result can be filter Order <\/strong>Source, Status, Terminal, <\/strong><\/em>and Server<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n
      5. Total Tip and total amount (including tips) is located by Tip:<\/strong><\/em> and Total:<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n
      6. History:<\/strong><\/em> Access Closed Batch history<\/a><\/li>\n
      7. Batch:<\/strong><\/em> Close batch credit card transactions<\/a><\/li>\n
      8. Tip:<\/strong><\/em> Batch input all credit card tips<\/a><\/li>\n
      9. Tap the\u00a0Clear<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0 to clear all filter options<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Batch input Credit Card Tips Process<\/h3>\n
          \n
        1. Select Tip icon in order to add Credit Card Tips <\/i><\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n
        2. The Tips <\/i><\/em><\/strong>overview screen will appear<\/li>\n
        3. Select TroutD <\/i><\/em><\/strong>icon and enter the credit card transaction number which located on the Credit Card<\/i><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0receipt<\/li>\n
        4. Select Tip and enter the desired amount<\/li>\n
        5. Select Enter <\/i><\/em><\/strong>icon<\/li>\n
        6. The reference for the list of tips added will appear<\/li>\n
        7. Select Confirm <\/i><\/em><\/strong>icon to finish the process\"\"<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Close Batch Credit Card Transactions<\/h3>\n
            \n
          1. Select Batch <\/i><\/em><\/strong>icon to access close batch credit card\u00a0<\/i><\/em><\/strong>transaction window<\/li>\n
          2. Select the credit card terminal need to close batch, all terminals were selected by default\n
              \n
            • Red color indicates selected<\/li>\n
            • White color indicates deselected<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
            • Select Confirm <\/i><\/em><\/strong>icon to begin close batch process\n
                \n
              • There will be a running time until close batch process finished<\/li>\n
              • A receipt will print for each successful close batched terminal\"\"<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                Access Batch History<\/h3>\n

                Tap\u00a0History <\/strong><\/em>from Batch Screen to access and view Closed Batch history\"\"<\/p>\n
