Position #

This feature allows you to define job titles along with their corresponding access permissions within your store. It’s crucial to create all the relevant job titles needed, as you will later assign them to your employees based on their roles and responsibilities.

Click the Position under the Employee category in the menu bar to manage the employee positions.

  1. Click +Add New to create a new position.
  2. Click the  icon to edit the position, and to delete the position.

  1. Position’s name.
  2. Position’s description.
  3. Position’s access permissions.
  4. Click Save to apply the changes.

Employee #

In this section, you can create employee profiles complete with their passcodes and access permissions. This empowers them to seamlessly access and navigate the POS system according to their designated roles and responsibilities.

Click the Employee under the Employee category in the menu bar to manage the employees.

  1. Click +Add New to create a new employee.
  2. Click the  icon to edit the employee profile, and to delete the employee.

  1. Employee’s Position: Choose a position from the dropdown list.
  2. Employee’s General information.
  3. Employee’s Payroll information.
  4. Employee’s Driver License information.
  5. Employee’s Access Permissions. Click Show to show all access permissions.
  6. Reset Passcode. The passcode must consist of numbers only and be between 4 to 6 digits.
  7. Click Save to apply the changes.
