How to Find a Duplicate Payment? #

There are two ways to find duplicate payments quickly:

1. Notification center
   • Open the Notification Center, navigate to the Order tab, find the duplicate payment order, and tap on it to open the order. Then, void the duplicate payment.

1. Batch Center
   • If you see a small number count on the Batch Module on the home screen, it means there is a duplicate payment. The notification will disappear after you visit it.
   • The duplicate payment will be highlighted in yellow and displayed with an ‘Approved Overpaid‘ status. Scroll through the transactions, find the duplicate payment, and then void the duplicate payment.

How to Void Duplicated Payment? #

1. Find the order with the duplicate payment and tap Reopen.
2. Once the order is reopened, the Void payment button will appear. Tap on it to void the duplicate transaction.
3. Finally, settle the order with a zero-dollar cash payment to close the order.
